How to Use Lateral Raise Machine

This video shows you how to use BFT Fitness's Lateral Raise Machine. This is a specialized product for working the deltoid and arm muscles.

Instructions for use:

1. Use sitting posture exercises and adjust the height of the seat cushion according to your own height.

2. The weights give resistance, adjust the appropriate load according to your own needs.

3. Extend your arms outward by grasping the two bars that move independently as you practice.
