The BFT-2010 is a commercial multi-hip trainer, a multi-purpose machine capable of performing numerous hip, gluteal, abductor, adductor and leg exercises. Classic Technogym shape design, the gantry is in the shape of an n, which highlights Technogym's independent personality, bold and not lacking in beauty.

Adjust the arms and pads according to the height of your hips and the type of movement you want to perform. For a standing exercise, place the front or back of the thigh on the pads, then kick in a circle with the widest possible range and all possible degrees of motion (360°). Weights impart resistance, allowing the proper load to be adjusted to each individual's needs.

Weight Stack and Guide Rod
