How To Use Shoulder Press Machine

Instructions for use:

1. Use sitting posture exercises, adjust the height of the seat cushion according to your own height, and stick to the back cushion.

2. The weights give resistance, adjust the appropriate load according to your own needs.

3. Stretch your arms up as you practice by grasping the two bars that move independently.
