Back Extension Machine Exercise Video

1. Practice in a seated position with your feet on the pads and your shoulders on the pads.
2. The weights give resistance, adjust the appropriate load according to your own needs.
3. Extend the torso back. Both hands can choose whether to grasp the handles on both sides of the seat cushion.
4. The lever below the left side of the seat cushion can adjust the height of the foot cushion.
