How To Use Incline Chest Press Machine

This video shows you how to use BFT Fitness' Incline Chest Press Machine. This is a special product for exercising upper pectoralis, pectoralis major, deltoid and triceps.

Instructions for use:

1. Use sitting posture exercises and adjust the height of the seat cushion according to your own height.

2. The weights give resistance, adjust the appropriate load according to your own needs.

3. Grab the handle with both hands and press it diagonally upwards.
